Teammates Management are supportive .In these lockdown period maybe we are getting our salary very late 3month pending. But company support in lockdown . We got salary and nobody was fired. Good company to learn and gain experience for freshers.

No work life balance No growth ,no salary hike Nominal salary All are depends on if there is any higher level known person if you know any gm or dgm you will benifit All employee are oil maker. Some of the sites an engineer worked as a supervisor. Good for freshers to learn but definitely not for seniors. Some permanent and some temporary employees are useless .

One can learn from basics ,site execution to planning and Billing work.

Dislikes

No carreer growth opportunities as a contractual engineer or staff.neither they pay good salary nor increment.work culture is too toxic and hectic.

Likes

Skills can be developed by working here. Can be used as a training for working under immense pressure. Job security is a good thing. You can stay there for long if you perform well.

Dislikes

No defined working hours. Almost 7 days in a week, you have to work. No sound salary package. Bad working culture.

It is a great experience working here. Seniors are so kind and supporting in nature. One can learn and enhance skills by working here. One can gain valuable knowledge about working process from the seniors. Company's work culture is good.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike except payment issues. Salary structure is good but increment is not so great.

Accommodation and food are good here.

...hen your life will be hell as permanent employees treated you like a street dog. No appointment letter, no salary slip, no aprisal nothing is here.
