Enough Salary which is very important also on time. You will get free time during work load. All colleagues are helping to each other that have helping natur. And we have also done many contents there like Arts , Drawing etc.

The work culture is really friendly and the work is different and interesting. The employees are helpful and supportive. The work that Bricsa does is really needed in the market and it's good. It's good to start your career as you get an exposure to the international market and get a chance to travel various countries. Incentives structure is good.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but I would say that the appraisals and promotions are based on performance. It's not fixed. you may receive or you may not.

That the work timings are fixed.

The place is filled with flaws. The director has no regard for the employees and expects them to work for almost 6 months with late salary dispersion and be fine with it. No appreciation or empathy towards employees. The company has not paid the salaries for the last three months and ignores the employees when theu call and message the management. The organization has zero management skills and takes decisions on a whim. The company decides to fire more than half the workforce without even informing them. The company follows very strict hire and fire policies.
