It is the worst company I have worked with. Salary is not good There is no incentives. No bonus nothing People have to beg for leaves No work life balance During pandamic I used my personal laptop to work. No internet charges. So much of bias and favouritism Projects are given only to management favorites So many internal reports. Company is wasting time in non productive things

Overall poor in compensation and benefits. Senior and middle managers who have been around for ages actively involved in office politics. Genuine talent will have a tough time at this firm with very little growth opportunities.

Since Brickwork serves clients from different industries, employees get to learn a lot and gain international experience. The training programs are helpful, and teamwork is strong across all departments.
