Literally everything, I believe this company doesnt have any future as they do not have new projects coming and also they literally cheat employees with clauses which are beneficial for employers. Job security is myth here, and from my experience I can say HR peoples are frauds in this company.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
