300+ dials everyday Minimum 85+ connected calls which is impossible to do and suddenly people will start inheriting fake dials and fake connects, there is a manager called Aneet who will be shouting and abusive all the time without reason, long work hours like login from 9.00AM to logout at 9.00PM. please don’t join if you want peace in life . There is one so called manager her name is Sakshi she’s annoying and keep on shouting on floor at their employees for no reason she herself has no product knowledge and you can hear her voice on road if you’re passing near kormangala.

...eral projects with manger was a great experience that was completed on schedule. On promptly, my salary was credited to my account. Staff is friendly and helpful to both new and current staff. 2. Employees are friendly, and the supervisor is helpful.

...and eases the task of the customer. Its like the customer wants to build a home. He can assign to BNB and pay money and chill out. Everything is taken care by them with regular updates. The money paid to BNB is also safe as the BNB offers escrow facility. So, only when the customer is satisfied the money is transferred to the contractor.

...the payment from their side. CEO doesn't know what's happening under his nose. They just want numbers on paper but not actual work, with every project company is making loss considering salary factor. They are expanding to get more funding from investors, as actual burnout is more then the revenue. 18% GST which is charged for customer is claimed by company on customer's tab, hence forth it is not given to contractors. Conclusively if you want peace of mind DO NOT JOIN BRICK & BOLT, It will end up in regretting for your entire life.
