Initial Pay is good, They will pay you more than market, That's why many people from very reputed organization has joined.

Dislikes

1. Its not direct payroll for Brevan Howard. You will be hired by The Scalers and its a third party payroll job. They will tell you in last round. 2. Offer letter will be only of 2 pages with no conditions. 3. They can fire you with in 2-3 month of joining in the name of performance, in a 5 minute call. then no HR will pick up your call. 4. Office Environment will be very toxic because every month there is firing. 5. They don't even have a proper office setup in India, its shared space. So Please check before joining. If you need long term stability , job security then think before joining.

...emises (in my city) Zero-WFH & 100%-WFO policy (despite BH not having an office to begin with in my city) Zero Variable Pay; Zero ESIPs/ESOPs/Equity in my city Titles are misleading- I was Lead Quant Dev, but my work was not remotely connected to quant; was stuck in a dead end role with zero growth prospects Terrible environment- filled with uncertainty and anxiety over basic job security
