At prds they think that the employee is like a slave they do deduct salary if you come 1 minute late also they provide only 8 holidays and these holidays are the gazetted holidays for example including Holi Diwali they will not provide any paid leave to the employee also for teachers it is not allowed to share numbers overall the company culture is very toxic and the higher management is very ecosy day think that the employee is like a slave I am the behaviour is very rude also retention amount they will deduct 10% of the salary without any logic so I would suggest any new joining think deeply before joining this company.

Toxic office culture. Not giving paid leaves as compare to other similar companies. Very illogical rules made by the higher management. Exploitation of the fundamental rights of employee.

The co worker Colleague is good and understandable. Some time we celebrate few festival and birthday event so that's feel good to reduce working stress.

I don't get day off in Sunday per week and salary is not sufficient according to work.

There is no as such positive aspects here. They do not have any proper planning and deep investigation or research .They can run business in different way .

I worked for 4 months , neither I got any salary slips nor any supported document for my salary. They have different policy which is apparently fare but when exactly got to know about pf, security money ...these all are fake commitment. Normal graduate people who r basically fit for any shop receptionist they evaluate faculties activities.I have been working for last 7 years in educational industry, with good marks and degree from recognised University but this organization is worst ,I faced first time in my life.There is nothing positive to grow as faculty or students and one day this organization will destroy whole design industry with their unethical deed.

...at ground level that's the point junior technician in always in andur pressure.and the company's nature to best workers salary not increase time to time . My I asking to company throw u think future making dissigen want at the moment. And my response to company give me better package& incentives I can join with work ........thank

Poor work culture, toxic system & co workers. No work life balance, No paid leaves or sick leaves provided. Yearly only 8 public holidays for the staffs and faculty members.
