They did not gave salary during lock down and they cut all balances leaves. Team work not their management is very rude.

No any Job security, No as such team to explore the things. Less skilled people are sitting in marketing team and leading as well. Don't have plan and trust on employees. They are judging people in 3 days market responses. Hiring people by putting in dark. Expectations of management is high and willing to work. But marketing head is putting management in dark and not allowing to the employees discuss facts and all. Over all pathetic experience as a RSM. No any team has been given in one years tenure. Now people can judge

Over all pathetic experience. Marketing head is not skilled . But management has blind faith. This is the reason company is not growing in domestic market

The work Pressure is low . There is absolutely no learning, less exposure, extremely poor work culture, unqualified staff/ colleagues. It's just a shop. Terming it a Company would be wrong. It's simply not worth joining. The staff who is working is working only because they are not able to find another job for your self.

They only believe in hire and fire strategy. They don't facilitate person to perform. Only they believe they are right. Bad politics are done by HODs. HODs don't know anything about work only they save their job by sacrificing their subordinates
