... with Satyam Computers and has done so again, is facing severe financial issues. We haven't received our salary for three months, PF ANd TDS hasn't been paid since January, and 1,500 employees were laid off this month via a midnight email.

The timings are good. Salary is ample. Got ample opportunity to upskill. Has proper training infrastructure. I was satisfied with the work there. The only problem happened is the company financials degraded leading to late salaries. So, we started getting less work. Company culture is fine.

As company financials degraded, it started firing people. No chance of promotions as there is no long term stay at the company.

Laid off 60% workforce in a fraudulent manner. Expected a decent and outright approach.

No guarantee on your salary No guarantee when they go bankrupt Your resume will be ruined Mentally and financially deprived due to their fraudulent activities Too many red flags If you want a career ( forget successful) and not a trauma, suggest you to not join If joined, try having a backup as well because they can lay off 1500 or more employees without any heads or worse go bankrupt and leave you no where

Salaries will not credit on time. TDS pending from last 6 months Poor higher management. They don't know how to utilise resources/employees properly.

...careers with wrong JD, making them develop solutions, that too without salaries. They didnt pay salary since May month and first time in many peoples career a company is paying salary in installments that too with 2 months backlog. Their platform is unstable to develop and sell solutions. Micro management, worst work life balance, old school managament.
