No strong HR system, unprofessional behaviour. they threaten their employees by using bad words. No job security and they don’t have proper employee progress mapping. No work system and culture.

I wish I could 0 stars. For work culture they expect the people to work officially 9 hours and 12 hours non officially. Only second n 4 Saturday off, if there is any non calendar holiday like due to strike they make non working Saturday working. No control and no action on people shouting at each other in the office like they are in fish market. Highly unorganised. They say they don't want to become corporate. All the policies are in favour of the company and zero in favour of employees. Canteen on terrace with only shed on top,have to eat in extreme heat and rain. Roches in the pantry and micro where we warm food. No Exposure no travel no market research,sir in office n imagine what is selling in stores or go on Sunday to see. Extremely toxic work culture

No late working 2 Saturday off

No infrastructure to have WFH in case of emergency/crises. Increments are delayed. Good job security for old people. 2-3 Saturday workin Old style work culture, lack of policies and opportunities. Not following market standard for position in terms of experience.

Our manager behaviour is good with juniors

Work environment and who all are in top position they treat employees like dog without any mistakes they will start shouting. After resignation they will not settled employee amount properly and HR is worst. I never give preference to this company. Worst experience.
