After Anil Richhariya there is nothing to like in this company…they are bringing under educated HRs to run the company. And accountants are involved in all the HR activities because HR don’t know anything… If anyone wants to destroy their mental health and career then that ppl needs to join this company.

I don’t know what the group CEO thinks about himself, we feel that we are in a jail. He don’t have any manners how to talk with their employees, He talks rubbish.Now they have hired new HR head (Sandeep Bedi) he is literally a cartoon and he is like circus joker.He don’t know anything, He only sleeps in his cabin..There is no job security…Directors don’t know anything what’s going on ground level. There is no system..if you want to ruin your career you can join this company.

Therz no corporate culture u will feel like u r working in lalaa baniya company,no carrier growth. And when it comes to job security it's zero dey will drop u in your hard time with a lame excuses. They may offer u good PKG but my suggestion don't go for it
