Work management is wonderful and environment also.

We can't use time management having joind this company because in timing is fixed but can't say anything out timing. Therefore we can't work with life balance. Sometimes I feel so bad. I'll leave it as soon I would.

Typical Lala company Owner treat you like an animal. He used to communicate and treat labour and Manager at Same level . Hierarchy is no way. You feel like you are working at prison, either people working in this company ,having no self-respect or those having no other option I.e. working here since 15 to 20 years in this Lala company. Completely pathetic environment for work . Surely you will forget your moral responsibility under such a working environment. I have much more to write about the company's experience but all above matter is enough to make you Alarm.
