Salary of management employee in not upto standard. Carrier growth is not good, can't compare with MNC. Chartered accountant mgmt, so no employee welfare.

Insurance is very less and limited to 2Lakhs. All the welfare like gym & playing court is now occupied for work ing area.

Company take one year agreement as per your work capacity, company increase job but salary , increment very slow

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology is Ts system... this system is very helpful of future time..

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to 10-12 hours straight in a days evening and sometimes late into tha night. But every day job related the new learning..
