The Staff members are ruthless beings. They behave rudely with ladies. The Chancellor is a person with debouched character. There is a high turnover rate in this institution. The students are idiots. They are taken from where every other institution had rejected them. No proper canteen facility is there. The internet is slow. The electric line has problems.

Over the years, the work culture has drastically improved. Their HR policies are good and you do get your pay on time. Some of the higher management authorities are accessible and kind.

Dislikes

...niversities aren't far behind) but there's too much documentation and paperwork. The justification of getting a good salary is compared with the amount of work you get done that is recorded on paper rather than stressing on better teaching-learning conditions. A faculty will barely get time to prepare for a class and although a preparatory leave is given for research work, a university should understand one fixed day cannot make you produce UGC and Scopus Indexed publications.

Top management is very rude. Talented people are underestimated and those who have buttering skills are heared by the management and also rewarded without any professional ethics in them.
