...king with Brainvire for last 1.5 years and I would say It's great place to work. For me, work life balance, good work environment, good pay and always new learning. Brainvire able to take pandemic challenge very nicely and provide work from home for everyone and continuously upgrading process for smooth work from home. Thanks and happy to being brainers.

- On Time Salary - HR Activities

- Toxic Work Culture - Some head level persons do politics with Juiniors. They don't know anything (0 knowledge, If i say simply how to write one program to do summation of input variables i am damn sure they will fail) and they are still in top position. They make fool to CEO and CEO also gets fooled. - They always brings connector project. All employees are tired but still to earn money they brings. - BA don't know anything, they just say false statements to client to bring projects. - There are some persons with delivery head posts but don't even print statement working and also don't know how to hire people. They just play politics with employees to secure their position. - No relaxation in work. Once you complete one project then they immediately put developers into other project to bring it live. To generate more reveneue they hire freshers with 0 knowledge. To get relaxation sometimes I had shown the work is in progress even if it is completed. - Boring connector projects of erp and magento

...efined process and policies from HR side. - Infrastructure and things are good. - Timely salary provided - Time to time events are organized.

- Process is not same for everyone. - Internal politics and groupism are there. - Job security is not there - No future visions after selling the company.

... multiple technologies. Projects are challenging and people are very supportive. Salary is delivered on time. On site opportunity is available dependent on project. Flexible timings of 8 hours and Saturday/Sunday off.
