The company and its HR team in India are involved in a lot of internal politics,Making it difficult for the Talent Acquisition(TA) department to grow. Even if you perform exceptionally well, there is no recognition or opportunity for advancement .The TA team is more focused on letting go of employees rather than retaining talent and there is a lack of understanding between the US global team and the operations in India, leading to significant communication gaps. I urge people not to join a company like Brainlabs where there is no scope of growth . No Appraisal or annual hike .
