- current salary misalignment with my contribution - company's management is worse - company giving higher position to a person who have no technical knowledge and professionalism. just because that person is a relative of a company's owner - no rewards/recognition for good/extra/overtime works, they tell you that they will only pay 25rs/hour for extra work. That is ridiculous
