nothing is there to like about this worse company

Dislikes

1)worse management 2)worse HR 3)no salary on time every time you need to call them after 5 or 6 calls they will give you a salary in min 3 or 4 days. 4) after leaving they are not giving FnF salary to people & few people in my team didn't get salary till now & its more than 90 days & they are not responding to there email or calls. 5)Hire & fire policy

The salary date is not fixed one , once we get the approval from our client then only company will process the salary.so some time we get salary on different days.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
