Such a waste of tym. Such a terrible team leads n manager. I have NVR seen this egoistic people in my career. No work lyf balance at all. Superior management doesn't care about you and ur problems. Full of politics. Bad minded PPL. So judgmental. Can't learn new things. Old methods are followed. I couldn't find even one positive word to say. Praise them n u need nt wrk. It's waste of tym for who really works hard. Wat TL and manager says MD believe blindly. No cross checking even with the employee.

Everything is bad. U can get a cup of coffe here dats all.

people at this office are well mannered and polite,we do have offices across world USA(3 places) and UK also in other countries.mostly we deal with US and UK clients,we talk to them everyday about the business and about the projects we deal with.environment here is very cool and we do have team activities and collaborations every month end also have office outing twice an year,and salaries are also not so bad compare to other offices.overall i can give 4 out of five.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
