There are some senior engineers they share knowledge to juniors and salary credited in time....

Dislikes

They treat engineers like supervisors we cant expect respect from them.. even sundays we have to work and daily 10hrs work with unsatisfied salarys with no increments....

the company is limited company and i worked my project name is BDL phase1.in that70%road works and 30% building works.my role is in that electrical engineer. mean monitoring to the all the electrical works at site.have to completed to the works in time as per given client drawings.in my electrical side completed to the internal and external electrification.and i have above mine one senior electrical engineer. we work along with various departments like civil,mech.plumbing.my collegues come from various back grounds and work happily in collaboration.

compensation is decent, but growth is slowly.i have to work without week off.have to continuously work on that company even holidays.managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.salary increment process slowly.use and through policy.employee exploitation.

The company environment will be good and attractive,in the company team work will be good communicate and also much coordination all the team we are all work with happy.

In these company I have work over time , some times Sundays also coming that is the no problem but there is no growth and also work pressure is heavy some times the Clint meeting at night times in these mainly managers show the partiality for senior employees & jr employees thats y I don't like I take a decision for change the company.

At present BPR infra structures limited is one of the fast growing company at hyderabad .I had like on line billing ,on line payment and on line purchaging at site.From this type of on line system we must and should reaches required targets.My coleages fully cooperated to me. with regards Jayaramireddy

Dear sir, actually we are constructing Central Govt. building infrastructures under PMC's of CPWD & RITES as per Clients requirement. If freshers are once joined,they will learn lot of work in my Infra. so i would like this manner,and also good team work and good workman ship, but job security is not conform. And salaries are average.So totally it is good for right persons. Thanks for your request. Note: (forgive me ,why because I don't have fluently in English.)
