Doesn't have any drinking water facility in SDH Branch. Manager uses slung to talk in SDH Branch Doesn't have a cleaning staff in SDH Branch Doesn't have a sequrity in SDH Branch A medical technologist have forced to work at reception & also forced to unload things from van in SDH Branch.
