The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that my experience/opinions are as follows:- a) Handling the entire custom clearance of goods in time bound manner at various Ports in Delhi & NCR. b) After approval, all the proposals after compilation, finalization and submission to Custom Department in time bound manner. c) I have been work done honestly under the supervision of my superiors. d) As regards the growth of Salary/Travel, it is stated that the salary/travel does not increased in proper way i.e. growth in slow.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to receive and discharge the containers till late night. My superiors do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from client. Hence, my seniors. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step to step.
