They are not supporting me in any ways. I have been on leave without pay since april 2020 till date. Where my lead has told me to find another job as all city hr's are put on without pay.

Dislikes

Unhygienic workplace, No hierarchy clearance, No job security at all, Growth in this company (don't know as i just started off in feb 2020 and the Management pulled me away from my responsibilities. So did not experience any growth factor)

Box8 promotions happen quickly, but demotions can occur just as fast. my

...o home, but the company marked me as absconding from duty despite the situation. As a result, my salary was held for two months, which was a frustrating experience. Although I eventually received. my salary. the handling of my leave during a personal emergency left me with a negative impression. I believe the company could improve its leave policy. especially for urgent situations.

Likes

Management is very supportive at every points and they have the inten to grow their employees very fast and company as well. In Covid-19 as we all know its terrible time for every job holders but Box8.in took it as a new opportunity to learn how to be stand in this situation. Box8 management team is just awesome i have never seen the management team somewhere else in my carrier. Thanks a lot Box8 Management team

There is lot of policy and management is very supportive and decent salary and growth as well

-Starting salary is pretty good; additional incentive also paid on monthly basis - a good manpower handling role - role has enough growth opportunities within the organisation

- Work on weekends (food industry)

...pportive in financial from the higher team your TL are very well supportive... They ask to work us for 12 hours from home and have given 70% of the salary and till now not given any thing..
