My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...ark. If any rating less than 1 star would be available, i would have given that. They pay your salary but Travelling expenses are not cleared and DA also they dont pay time to time. The amount of pressure they put on you is not equivalent to what you get.

Dislikes

The working environment is something i dont like there. Theres no scope of growth, no motivation. Rather if you work there, u will be demotivated and they will supress you to such extent that there will be less chances of growing up or getting up after you leave from there.

what they promised , didn't delivered. even the product's launched by us also got hit in the market. no proper settlements , no staff salaries / expenses / incentives released. went on blaming on other's , instead of solving the issues
