Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). ...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Management is transparent. Company policy are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management is very visionary. Employees are highly skilled and experienced.

Everything was dislike No value for hardworking people. If you have management skills by managing calls in simply sitting in home means you will grow. If you were hard worker waste of using working here. Filled with nepotism from top level to bottom level. No place for genuine people. Less salary more working hours. No weekoff. Need to work for 24hrs on alternate Sunday. No rest areas, they won't even provide furniture. Complete 12hrs you need to stand. Group politics, personal grudge, targetting genuine recruitment guys was high.
