Open door policy,- you can talk to any person at management about your problems. Training programs and sessions. Job security- this company tried thier best to not to lay off any employees during WGA strike. some lay off happened during December 2024 with prior notice with some personal support.

Dislikes

Politics by leadership team and Greedy production team to bring down your work life balance. Management team and HRs are very much approachable, they are all ears when they want to help artists. But many affected artists will not open up their issues to HR. To be frank some department heads are doing full time politics like Politicians. Production team doesn't wants any artist to be involved in learning program or HR fun activities during office hours 9:30am-7pm. Before 2020 this activities used happen during work hours with many artists involvement.

Everything is really great about BOT especially work culture as well job security. I think a better place to work in field like VFX and animation in overall South India.

Dislikes

Getting promotion or moving to another department is kind of difficult in Companies like BOT, due to internal competitive scenario.
