Work culture is good here, friendly environment. CEO is jovial, who thinks about employee welfare which is very important in any organization specially startups. Work timing is slightly flexible.

Dislikes

There is a guy who takes care of IT in this company who doesn't know any etiquette at all, shows so much of attitude when you approach him for any system issues. Now there is another guy who heads Business Development who is another mad fellow, doesn't know anything about BD. He yells/barks everytime you speak to him and doesn't know how to encourage employees at all. For no reason calls his juniors to Pune where he sits and wastes their time in the name of training. And another thing is management will assign you any work which may not even be related to your work or department.
