I am working with Bosch for more than 5 years. And I cam say that Bosch is a great company to improvise your skill. Work life balance can be easily handled except in few cases.

I donot like the salary and other benefits. We are really paid less as compared to the industry

Bosch as a company is paying 500INR/Month as a broad band allowance starting from June till December, other than this no other tangible benefits are given to the employee. Infact during the mid of COVID we had a pay cut of ~10% across all the levels for two months ( May & June) the decision which was taken back by management after severe criticism by fellow employees..

Dislikes

Miser when it comes to pay hike. Never expect a double digit hike.

Bosch values are very Good foundation for company growth ...very good training and work culure

Job safety are declining...and HR policies and compensation are not up to the mark....career development are in controled by Dept . Head....and no transparency exist

Bosch is brand of quality,everything is process based am learning so many knowledge good staff all employees are too good am also part of the Bosch team,good safety in BOSCH RBAI.

Compensation is decent but so many work some times am late going to the home because otherwise communication too good

I was an Employee of MICO, the name before BOSCH. I left Government job and Joined MICO for the name, Salary & Growth. I was very well respected by society for being MICO Employee. After BOSCH management recruited useless managers and because of their incapability and irresponsibility and no leadership qualities Bosch has lost many excellent employees and many divisions are closed. Being worked for 22 years I am ashamed to be ex-Boschler.

Working with useless managers and worst HR policies and Harassments.
