Theere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Onthe job training is not given to new joinees

The nature of work and the system of the company. Which cannot be reworked if something happens with the product ! Onec it get bad so scraped by analysis team 👍 and the facilities of the canteen and transportation

They providing Good Salary for Contract labours Cab and food facility available Good HR team

Dislikes

First priority only for permanent employees Managers and supervisors don't give respect to contract labours, they always dominating and blackmailing with contract labours Security head is not at all good, they don't know how to respect humans and they don't have minimum commonsense. Always partiality between permanent employees and contract labours

U can totally improve on only indoor worker... But outdoor worker means Bosch and Siemens home appliances technician verry poor salary ... PF and ESI facilities not include ..but hevey risk on outdoor worker in Bosch please provide on PF and ESI facilities on Bosch and Siemens Home appliances technician... Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
