salary of CA employs only 10.000 if they take leave after 0 of leaves and for TDA 12.000 it's not fare

HR management is horrible and when it comes to Salary don't expect too much very minimal they will increase. One suggestion is that don't join this company as a fresher if you joined it's a wrong step.

Work culture in majority of teams is good. Work life balance is great. Gives flexibility of associates to explore their interest. Flexible timings. International connect. Onsite opportunities are commendable.

Low salary. Office politics ans promotion not transparent. Recent times market conditions impacted onsites.

There’s plenty of scope to learn through the company’s learning Center programs. They have an auto approval of leaves and time corrections.

...ter showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.

Culture Job Security , if you don't want to grow . learn new things and status quo is good enough then I guess it's good.

Promotion salary both are pathetic , you don't Promotion for almost 10 years .This is the biggest flaw . Seriously they are struggling with underemployment since organization is Big. Processes are so stringent and can not be challenged. Decision making would take such a long time . Any ways if you have identity crisis and need good company to rely your identity on I guess it's good company else not.
