When I joined bosch it was all about innovation, managers were not technically challanged.eveyday we were creating something new. Now I'm bgsw they have no clue which technology to use where, they have learnt two word 'genAI' and 'agentic ai or ai agent' .. even they have only bookish idea. Work culture became so toxic, it became worse that service level companies. I used to a proud to take bosch's name with me. Now I feel cringe.

...d financial balance during Covid .. family was the only thing they lived for ... Yest bosch never gave a better salary hike to recover any of it ...let they work from home for 2 days .. keep it 4 hrs for office presence for the rest. So they can breath, play and be happy with their family, friends and room mate.

Fraudulent #Hire4Retire – Trap for New Joinees! Low salary, outdated benefits, and junk laptops. No job security – silent firing through PIP, no warning, no completion wait. No promotions – only managers' favorites move up. Toxic management – manipulative, biased, and self-serving. Germany hires freshers as Product Owners, forcing experienced employees to report to clueless interns. They sell you #Hire4Retire when you join, but it’s a lie—only managers' favorites survive. Everyone else is disposable. Avoid this trap!
