Management is great. Have a little politics, where not. Great work life balance. My manager actually insist not to overwork. As long as targets are met, which are reasonable everything is fine. Flexible hours

They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks - fixed menu, but free. Depends on team to team - If you get a good team, the work life becomes tolerable.

The company culture is deteriorating every year. Company is moving to give days work from office culture, the food options are reducing, salary hikes are unsatisfactory.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
