...ch to like here. Had a very bad onboarding experience, there's no 30-60-90 plan. Pay isn't great. Work-life balance was probably good earlier, not anymore.

Work life balance dead. Salary not even enough to run a family of 2. Promotions only politics. Work satisfaction worst because of the above points. Skill development you don't even get time to learn and money to invest.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
