very very poor compensation and growth. Managers are not competent enough to challenge and motivate the team members. looks more like a govt organisation where promotions are given based on years served over the deserving ones

Culture and benefits, HR policies , Good work life balance , feels like family , good ambience, free food , less work pressure , good onsite opportunity , no hierarchy system

Salary and increments , no flexible work from home ,.its mandatory 3 days a week

1. Company provides free breakfast and lunch for all associates, which is very helpful for people who stay away from home. 2. Decent hike in certain teams even if you have not completed 1st year after joining.

Dislikes

...market standard package/your expected package during the time of joining itself. If you join in lower slab, the salary normalisation as per the industry standard takes many years. It depends on the team you are working. Few teams give good hikes each year so that your salary is normalised in a few years, but few teams don't do it at all. 2. In few teams, you get onsite based on the seniority in the team. in few teams, you dont get onsite at all even if onsite opportunities are there. Again it depends on the team.

Good work culture and HR policies like lot of leaves, no need very strict hierarchical approvals for leaves. Very vast company and intranet networks, its like there is a social media and YouTube kind of video blogging site within Bosch. This vast intranet data means you can have lot of things to explore and learn. Free food, breakfast, lunch, snacks. Good pantry facility for breaks.

Dislikes

...joy very good benefits and work life balance else the experience deteriorates. Salary and other onsite opportunities depends on teams in general, salary standard is much less

Bosch offers very good work life balance , learning opportunity and job security. There is also good opportunity of getting on-site in Germany or different countries.

Dislikes

The compensation is not upto the market standards. In few teams, the south Indian monopoly is predominant, which can adversely affect the carreer of non-native employee.
