...e Work From Home mandatory, but here its not. its mandatory to come to office, 50 % salary reduction from 4 months, and no plans in paying that deducted amount in future. Even there is no appraisal or performance hike this year. Terrible work culture. especially with qualcomm odc. Please be aware before joining. There is no support from company during COVID.

Horrible and pathetic HR and management. No proper salary, Attending to office is mandatory, no WFH option during Covid. 50% salary deduction without informing prior. There is lot of politics and the management does not address employees issues, salary is decent,but no career growth. Not a employee friendly company, its just a profit making company. [no benefits for employees]

There is no technical growth, Less pay, Lots of politics by managers, learning is completely zero, Prefer 12 + years experienced candidates to do Sanity test and same activity, its so monotonous.

Although borqs has stablished long ago , but work enviroment is still as start-up. We have to work across layer and advance technology like telematics 5G with challenging work.

There is no negative feedback as such .. Even compony supported in corona pandemic
