Working with borgwarner since 5yrs. Feel like its a second home to me. My managers ,colleagues are cooperative,helpful. My growth inside organisation is good though compensation benefits is average. Overall its a good working experience.

Good company to work and develop personal and organizations growth. Free to express our ideas and innovative in work. Friendly relationship with all employees from top management to bottom level. Worked a great time in BW can't forgot those memories.

Nothing is to like in BorgWarner udyog vihar. Worst culture i have seen in my carrier.There is no team work. There is a other department interference. There is so much dirty politics. And production manager is not respecting the worker.
