Nothing to like only dislikes is there with this company(It is not a company is a Scrap Company[Bangaar])

Dislikes

...seems to have limited business understanding, resulting in poor decision-making. Furthermore, there has been an increased workload without corresponding compensation. Unofficial terminations and forced resignations have also been a concerning practice recently. Overall, the management needs to reconsider its approach to avoid further dissatisfaction among employees seriously.

...eds to improve in management. There is very poor management system present here. Salary is always delayed by usually 10 days. No extra benefits are provided. No celebrations, no team outings nothing is provided by the company to the employees. Moreover, you are fired from the company without any reason. Company is filled with only politics.
