The management team is notoriously rude and unprofessional making it difficult to address concerns and resolve issues. People working in this influencer agency think as if they are some influencer with million followers way too arrogant I would never recommend anyone who’s looking for a positive and supportive work environment to work here

Great clients to work with great exposure in work, team members are wonderful, welcoming and very talented . It helped me learn a lot and also showcase my skillset .

Sometimes clients having high expectations can lead to some challenges like resource allocation and project delays.

Almost everything is good and great about Boomlet. Work, team, supportive seniors & management and a lot of learning. If I wouldn't have had exams I would have stayed for a longer time.

They don't have a live canteen where one can buy food inside the cafeteria and a few odd man out team members who don't even talk.

Likes

They promote culture of ideas, innovation and allow everyone to present their concepts while working and excels in collaborative efforts, leading to smooth execution and solutions. Seniors are helpful.

Dislikes

They were a part of Stanford See Transformation programme, I could only attend the session once as tenured team had to contribute as they had more knowledge and experience to contribute than mine.
