Terrible WLB. Only join if you willing to work like machine. Very few people , average salary hikes. Sab kuch jldi jldi chahie yahan. 5 days sprint Kehte h khud ko agile but nothing is followed and bol dia jata h hmare lie kaam ni krta h Tech team is overloaded with tasks and strict deadlines You'll be working on holidays as well as on weekends if anything breaks. Expect only popcorn at the end.

Poor work and pay ratio. Still following 10 yesr old salary policies. Feels like talking about pay is a taboo in the company and make you guilted for the company offering you great opportunities . Zero work life balance and you shall be expected to be available at all time

The company is open to innovations in the field of non movies entertainment industry and adopts latest technology to fulfill the customer satisfaction. I love the fact that I am part of BMS 2.0 team where we develop new projects in Non movies sector. Event related application development. One factory I really enjoy that team itself need to take care of all the activity from Scram planning to development with SRE. Work time is really good. Work pressure is not that much if we planned our work properly in advance.

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad, no additional benefit. Worst level management policy. Development cycle differ from team to team. Choosing a technology will be given by vertical heads. All teams are not synchronized. No re-hire policy. Also, there is no on-job training.
