Almost everything. Very bad management of processes. The worst experience I have had is with the girls in HR, who were totally incompetent and rude, especially Suvidha Shelar and Deepika Rane. They had messed up with my pf account, put in my name incorrect and entered the company mobile number which then was disconnected. They didn't even have the common sense to enter the employee mobile number. So I was not able to access my account nor can I can claim it. It's been more than a year now that I am following up with the company for a simple letter from them to submit at the pf office. It's been a nightmare communicating with them and am not sure if I will ever get my money because of these pathetic ladies!

They will not Provide your F & F, so job seekers be aware from this thing. And their rates are terrible in the market as they are so called DMC for Dubai, Singapore and Thailand.

No Full & Final Settlement, Job Insecurity, No Career Growth, HR is helpless & Crippled, Top Level Management keeps on Changing & Lack of Experience in Management as Tourism Professionals, In Loss since Inception, Rates are on higher side comparing to the Market, Salary will be delayed each month, Fund Issue, Company is full of internal Politics & internal top level management dispute.
