Worst company to work for. Worst work culture. 12 hours shift. No work life balance. Whole management doesn't address your issues. No help from company even if you get into an accident. In all my career worst company. Whoever is going to join the sonipat branch of bonn please consider this.

Teamwork and colleagues. Bonding between them is great and company also believes in joint co-operation with relaxations at several occassions.

Dislikes

Poor Salary Structure and no growth after reaching to a certain post. Even, Poor HR Policies and their negligience towards handling basic issues of staff as well as Labour. No basic hierarchy is present and less observance towards quality.

Salary on time( fix date 7 of every month). PF, ESI benefits, vehicle provided for outside work for company. Canteen available.

Job security is 0 (zero). Morning mai aane ka fix time hai Lakin jane ka koi time nahi hai. Evening mai owner ko report karke Jana hai aur wo Evening mai kab free honge kuch nahi pta. Aap ko wahi karna jo over ko passed hai chahe wo sahi gai ya galat. Agar khud ki self respect ko bhool kar noukri kar sakte ho to bhout acchi company hai.

Here mostly our relatives are promoted, all the benefits are given to them only, no bonus is given, almost all the companies give it, but I worked for seven years and never got any bonus no job secured

They can fire you had any time, Salary structure is very bad apart from salary other benefits they are providing, but I will not learn anything new. So I would suggest not to go there.
