You Employees: BONFIGLIOLI Excellent administration.But Although the employee's job is not permanent, experience pay and low salary increase is available. If you get a high salary increase, there is a chance to earn more than this income in another company after 3 years. This is my request!. I want to have permanent job in this company. I know I won't get it. A wish though!

1. Extended work hours always. 2. Sunday working in Month ends if you working in Assembly / Production. 3. Shouting Culture for everything. 4. Systematic approach is lacking

There is no benefits to management catagory like engineer and senior engineer. No compensation for extra hours of working, bad culture of staying back late night, wrong HR policies.

...ve 65 leaves all will get lapsed. No payment for lapsed leaves. No Diwali bonus. Cost cutting destroying company culture.no team outings.

... management, engineers. Food quality is low grade No compensation for engineer No bonus Wrong hr policies No earned leaves above 65 can be availed. No fixed criteria for promotion. Rather its given based on conditions like if you threat them you are leaving then only promotion triggers. Promotion is not self driven.
