They don't require Quality engineer, they hire for production with the name of quality and blame for quality issues No leaves and Week-off, No Job Security, No other benefits, located in remote area no food for around 3 Km.

compensation is decent, but grouth is slow.the work pressure is very high. weekly more than I have to work 14 hours straight in a day s as I have to attend project manager calls in the in the evening after 10 pm. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, another one not to freeness in the job

... the project which leads all the employees became unemployed at the very moment. They not even care about employees, after closing the project they did not clear up their employees salary till now.

I'm grateful to work in such a company like this where talents are recognized and duly appreciated. Having worked in the company for over 4+ years dedicatedly, I can say the company has contributed so much to my growth. I had a chance to work with wonderful people where i explored new things and gained more experience. This company has made me see possibilities in seemingly difficult situations around me. This company is growing in a such a healthy way where i am proud to be a part of it.

Good work environment. Team members are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisal are and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of two year before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joining.
