Job security is very poor. You cannot expect any Increment or promotions. Work life balance is poor. The tech they are following is not upto the current market. Lack of senior experienced staffs which is a huge down in their project planning and work structure.

The work culture and work-life balance are superb. I worked under a good manager and learned a lot. Such a positive experience with that manager.

The job security is the worst; even if you work hard, there's no assurance. The company might terminate you without prior notice. You could put in effort one day and wake up the next to a termination email, rife with politics. Such a worst company. Don't get into that company please my kindly request, go for some other company for job security.
