...l dpt is pathetic and nobody was there to listen any issues raised by employees. Their has been n number of deductions in salary in terms of pf and esic but no such funds wese transferred to your pf and esi account.

This company always try to provide it's best with the people ( Customer, Employee) associated with the company, company always welcome any suggestion for the betterment ! no such dislike for this company.

They people are just frod. They will teach the employees how to do frodulent activities, how to trap your client, making fool of the clients and talking about compensation they don't pay your salary at time when they wants to generate sales they motivate their employees by showing a handsome amount of incentives and bonuses but they will not pay a single penny to their employees and will make new policien according to their needs and comfort anytime. Please don't deal with this company as an employee and as a Customer as well.

Dislikes

Everything from working hours, work pressure, work life balance got disturbed and you will end up by just thinking and doing the work of company at home also. Fully pressurising the employees and not paying the incentives.

This company fools people by calling and insisting to buy their services and cheat clients by taking unauthorized payments and provide inappropriate and wrong tips to clients and make losses and its true because I myself was a victim of such case. They are fraud who cheat and loot innocent people. I request naukri team to stop advertising this employer and would alert job-seekers not to apply for Bonaz capital for their bright future and career.
