HR is understanding but they r not having any right to take any initiative.

Payroll dpt is pathetic and nobody was there to listen any issues raised by employees. Their has been n number of deductions in salary in terms of pf and esic but no such funds wese transferred to your pf and esi account.

They people are just frod. They will teach the employees how to do frodulent activities, how to trap your client, making fool of the clients and talking about compensation they don't pay your salary at time when they wants to generate sales they motivate their employees by showing a handsome amount of incentives and bonuses but they will not pay a single penny to their employees and will make new policien according to their needs and comfort anytime. Everything from working hours, work pressure, work life balance got disturbed and you will end up by just thinking and doing the work of company at home also. Fully pressurising the employees and not paying the incentives.
