worked for HR department till yet the whole hospital working on paper work in like 90s n people on top management working after retirement also no issue work but accept the technology and new concept also very bad athmosphere

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
