I work here as assistant mechanical engineer on vendor payroll but the only thing to like is they treat you with responsibilities as a employee , but wont be satisfied with the amount they pay at the end of month, you can expect job security , management only looks for employees and there kids future " bap beta scheme" . The only thing u get to learn is experience with big lone equipment and jobs.

No good pay , engineers are paid less though with good working experience

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good subordinate s, partial bossing, updateing training, career growth so so, unsatisfactory salary rise with exciting appraisal, disappointing departmental politics, better and innovative approach work environment, Conclusion.. Excellent and challenging inputs but no satisfactory achievements.

No job security at all, any time they said get out without any reason. Poor upper management. No family life. Once you joined the company your life is like hell. Not Recommonded at all to joine this company or group of company. If you don't have any other option or in very much need then only think about this company.
