Ease of travel . only 5 min walking distance from metro.and the timings-6:55am- 1pm for secondary

...there, they treat you well. Appraisals r conducted twice a year for new joinees. But no hike in salary. They pay you peanuts...not according to your qualification and experience. The moment you intimate them about your decision of discontinuing, their true colours are reflected. They issue a substandard experience letter for a years service!they dont even treat you well when you visit them for this. Other drawbacks....50+ strength in SSC sections, 2 different boards in the same building, cramped space-a disaster waiting to happen,No discipline, Pathetic behaviour from the students, no action taken even if they do something really bad.Principal is only into her AC cabin with no role in controlling students. They will tarnish your image once u leave the school.definetly not a place to be!!!value for your own self respect.....heavy workload, full on proxies....Throat will out of order most of the time because of the ill mannered heavy number of students. ..all the best for the ones joining there...join at your own risk

Freedom to work, lot of empowerment given to teachers, no micro supervision and management so if one wants one can bring out the best in themselves

There should be equitable distribution of work, efficient teachers are burdened more without any change in pay scales

A lot of workload..teachers don't get time at all..no family life due to work..the work starts prior to sschool time And has no end..as planning n correction is on throughout the day.

Mentioned above..n compared to workload salary is like peanuts

Yes school is a place where nectar of education is recieved through teachers teachers are been valued as second mother of kids.And none an another teaching is my passion

This is the worst school you would ever come across! Pathetic work culture. The principal and manager are for namesake as they don't really know their job. Nobody from their HR team or the so called HODs are bothered about the employee even if u say something it will be unheard. School is run by students not by teachers or the principal. Worst kind of people you will come across here. They make u cry and plead for your documents during the reliving process even if u have done everything from your end. The principal doesn't even have the courtesy to speak to the staff once in a year to know the problems and work on them. As she is only bothered about her salary and looks rest everyone can go to hell! The teachers think that the admin staff is their servant so does the manager ( admin head ). Do not waste time coming to this school you will regret after joining. There is no facility at all so no expectations no growth no salary.
