Got enough Opportunities to learn and grow technically and professionally. Some assignments really tested my knowledge, professional skills, leadership qualities. Felt like, Iam grown as a person as well in profession. I should thank all my colleagues and counter parts who influenced me. I liked flexible working hours policy and made.best out of it. I should mention this, I was very much supported by my leadership team when my second kid was born with health complications and was admitted in NICU for a month. I take this opportunity to thank Prakash Guttula, Gopal Kamath and Manaswi Maharana for their support, opportunities and empathy towards my work.

Dislikes

Knowing it is unavoidable for an organization which was transforming inline with business situations and Iam not impacted, I did not like frequent changes in leadership team.
